An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team working at award winning Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in London.

As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact within the restaurant and therefore you must be immaculately presented and maintain an exceptionally high standard of customer service.

This is a fun, fast-paced role and we are looking for someone who can make a fantastic first impression to our guests.

Key Accountabilities of a Receptionist:

•Maintain key relationships supporting the management team with external parties to maximise reservations
•Ensure covers are distributed evenly throughout the restaurant to maintain a smooth operation and maximise capacity
•Establish any special guest requirements and notify the duty manager
•Ensure all bills and cash procedures balance
•Comply with health and safety requirements with focus on evacuation and bomb procedures
•To work as part of the overall restaurant/hotel team to ensure a high standard of guest service is achieved at all times

The successful Receptionist will:

•Have previous reception experience within a fine dining environment
•Be organized and motivated
•Possess a good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
•Be able to work effectively as part of a team
•Be calm under pressure
•Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
•Be able to provide references for the last 5 years
