We are looking for a tidy smiley person to take a room in a peaceful three bed house. Sharing with two gardeners, Robin (28) and Glyn (48). We are mostly vegan/veggie and enjoy cooking muchly :-)

The room is super lovely and is £420 per month excluding bills, £498 per month including all bills, council tax, phone and wireless broadband.

Nearby is Arcola Theatre and the wonderful Rio Cinema. 15 minutes down Kingsland Rd. is Shoreditch, the present artistic hub of London.

A 30 minute bike ride to Soho. It's a 5 minute walk to Kingsland Rd and Balls Pond Rd for a very efficient bus service (incl. night bus). A typical journey by bus into Soho is 30 - 40 minutes. There is also the London Overland at Dalston Kingsland - 10 mins to Camden or Hampstead.
