We are seeking a female practical helper for a bright and intelligent elderly lady who lives in SW10, close to Earl's Court. Hours will be for two hours each on Saturday and Sunday, from 10 or 11am until 12 or 1pm.

You will be reponsible for cooking her lunch, ensuring she has everything she needs and giving practical help around her flat as needed, perhaps accompanying her on a short walk in the square, and giving her some cheerful company.

Good English is essential because she is elderly and quite deaf. You must be female, mature and experienced, have a kind heart, a cheerful and willing approach, excellent references, good initiative and plenty of common sense.

You must be self-employed as you will be paid gross and therefore reponsible for paying your own tax and NI. Pay will be £10 gross per hour on Saturdays, rising to £15 gross per hour on Sundays.
