1st line support / Helpdesk support analyst required by leading financial software house based in Berkshire.

This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys a technical challenge and who also enjoys client facing duties. The company are of a medium sized, and expected to double in the next 2 years so now really is a great size to be joining them.

They are looking for someone who has a proven track record in 1st line support, ideally encompassing supporting SQL Server based applications. As well as the typical 1st line support duties, this role will also have a client facing aspect to it too - you'll be involved in training third parties on the use of the applications and ongoing support thereafter. The role is very varied and offers a very interesting and diverse long term career path.
