Head Chef £ 26,000 per annum
Italian Restaurant, Sidcup Kent
Our client is located in Sidcup, Kent and is seeking a Head Chef whom strives at challenges, only uses the finest and freshest produce as well as holds a proven track record of exceptional kitchen management and experience.
The restaurant has just undergone a major refurbishment and will be reopening in November 2009.
The ideal dedicated candidate will strive for service excellence in everything they put their minds to and have an inherent passion and attention to detail whilst being able to work well under pressure with a flexible attitude.
A very strong knowledge of Italian Cuisine is imperative.
Amongst other duties this role comprises of creative fresh produce menu compilation, food costings, staff rotas, GP and budget supervision so a strong financial acumen is a must. You will also be expected and willing to training, develop, motivate and inspire your team.
