My client, a well known retailer based in West London, is looking for an ongoing temp accounts payable clerk to join their busy team. The company is growing rapidly and need the successful candidate to join asap!

Retail experience is essential

Accounts Payable clerk - £11 per hour

Duties include:
Responsible for daily processing of incoming invoices.
Ensure Invoices are coded correctly.
Matching Invoices against purchase orders
Distribute invoices to the organisation requesting re-charge confirmation.
Reconciliation of suppliers accounts
Liaising with suppliers and Business centres to resolve any issues.
Effective planning and organising of time and tasks in line with needs of the Account Payable.
Assist in month end reporting, and reconciliation to Nominal Ledger
Responsible for the development of effective relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
Other Adhoc Duties required by the business

Candidate:

Retail accounts payable experience essential
Excellent attention to details
