Realise this is quite long but have had so many ask if i am from a web site.. which i dont understand, but friends that placed ad's also was asked the same question....this is a genuine ad...to meet up for xmas and beyond hopefully

Are you in the same situation as me, with no where to go for Xmas ??

I was going to visit my niece for the entire holiday season but her husband had booked a surprise for her ,also all my friends are married with children, so their Xmas's are planned with the in-laws,

so thought i would put an ad on here to see if anyone would like to get together, for Christmas,

If you have anything you have always wanted to do, or a place you would like to go.....yes i'd love the Caribbean but funds wont stretch that far this year,

I am looking for anyone else that doesn't want to spend Christmas alone,

it doesn't matter how old you are ....saying that,if you 20 you may not want to hang around with 40 plus......

I don't care where you live where you work, what colour your skin is.....its the person inside that counts......

if you have had a stressful time of late as i have with illness and just pulled your socks up ready to enjoy your Xmas....get typing......

i would say if you have a problem with either drugs or alcohol, .....then i am sorry ...i really do detest drugs, and lived with an alcoholic for many years.....



There so much to do around christmas, I have wanted to go ice skating for many years....so would love it if we could do that.....

if you have any hobbies or want to try something new then let this be a good time to start something new,

sadly i live in a very small home(big garden thou) so unless you have lots of tents, i cant invite you to mine,,unless you have lots of tents.....
do you know someone that lets out cottages or a house for the holidays...



but if we meet up ASAP we may be able to find somewhere,



little .... about me, I'm in my 40's, chatty arty and very genuine, and honest, have empathy for others and adore all animals,

don't have any children or pets ..I lost my darling little cat after having him for over 16 yrs a few months ago, so my time is my own...the partner went,,,,,less said the better about that one



I did put an ad in last year, to get people together for an outing and i did have over a 150 replies ....but only 4 made the day to meet, I know its cold outside, and if you have become a bit of a hermit for what ever reason, its difficult to get ready and meet new people, but it will be worth the effort, i would hope we would be friends for years to come, be there for the sad and the happy times......friends are the family you choose .....for yourself




so.....the invite is there.....lets meet and go have some fun ......do something different, if you have any ideas please mail me.....



some may want a Christmas where there is no TV, playing board games, some may want to eat their way thru Xmas....what ever you want to do....lets get together, but please be an honest and genuine person......that is all I ask...........



love to hear from you ASAP........as time is rolling on........I would love to rent a cottage that has an open fire.......with loads of cushions and blankets.......and FOOD..I did buy some crackers today......30 of them.....haha....yes I know .I aim high haha.......

am so excited ....hope you are too............hope to meet you soon...........



can you picture it ...lots of people around the table....plenty of food and drink and all having a great time with new friends........





when i asked my friends how would they describe me, after the coughing and spluttering had stopped, they said .....I am the best friend anyone could have, always there for them, my shoulder is always there for them and anyone that needs it, genuine and always has a drawer full of chocolate and tissues for the drama's they have,nutty, soppy, cry at ffilms all the time, cuddle everyone when i have had two glasses of vino.....so i'll stop there.incase i am putting you off.............
