Room with double bed in spacious and quiet 4-bedroom flat is available from the 01st of December 09 ( 01 to 20th of Dec is fine).
It is very quiet and we’re looking for a quiet person as well (no party boys/girls, loud music etc sorry). The room is with a window to the backyard, cupboard and a chest of drawers.
The flat has a really large and comfortable living room with 3 sofas and a dining table; the bathroom and toilet are separate. All standard appliances and wireless broadband are present.
The house is in a quiet street, four minutes from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line- 30mins from Leicester Square) 15-20 min by the overground train from Balham to Victoria station.
Several supermarkets (24h), Fitness First and Tooting Bec Common at a stone’s through.
The rent is exclusive bills (ALL bills inclusive broadband and Council Tax are ca £70 pcm)
We are 3 gay guys between 27 and 31 from France, Canada and the UK and working in the travel industry, health care and Television. We get on well with each other and share house chores equally.
We hope to find a sociable but considered and clean housemate (male or female). Non-smoker.
