Very happy to deal direct with good private landlord (you’re safe with me….and hopefully a bit cheaper too) Have long stable renting background.

Budget: about 900pcm. May consider an exceptional place (I’m a harsh judge).

MUST have:

Central heating (NOT electric storage heating)

FOUR separate rooms (i.e. NO open-plan living-cooking)

Preferably NOT ground floor.

Must be a good decent place – i.e. NOT a “dive” and NOT a conversion.)
