A Senior Payroll Analyst is needed for an international investment bank, based in Canary Wharf. The role would be an ongoing temp opportunity, paying between £450 and £500 pounds per day depending on experience.

This is a project role reporting into the Senior Program Manager, ensuring the effective implementation of a new payroll vendor and operating model for the UK phase of a regional payroll consolidation program.

Job Responsibilities:
Support all preparation activity for parallel runs
Support parallel runs including creating data conversion tool outputs, creating ADP SSLs, collection of legacy payroll data and parallel reconciliation activity
Support cutover and go live activities
Provide SAP knowledge to the project team
Support data conversion activity for both parallel runs and cutover
Developing a detailed understanding of the defined payroll requirements in ADP blueprints, reviewing ADP technical specifications

Person Specification and Required Skills:
Ideally IPPM qualified or equivalently qualified by experience
Previous experience in financial services and banking would be preferable
SAP payroll hands on experience
Experience of one or more large projects, preferably a payroll outsourcing project
Knowledge of payroll operations, processes and procedures
Experience leading the data conversion workstream on a large technology project, from the development of the data conversion tools through to the live cutover of the data
