This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a flag ship site where the client's demands are high but met with total professionalism and precision.
Your key responsibilities are to lead a team of 40 - 50 Beverage Hosts / Waiters and manage all HR issues. You must be a people's person because you will be looking after your team supporting them to develop and learn.
You will organise all client's events and functions and serve Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners. All the events are run professionally and insure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for completing all H&S documentation with regular updates within the Business Continuity Plan.
On a day to day basis you will work closely with the Front of House Manager, Meeting rooms Managers, Facilities Managers and the Security team as appropriate to ensure the safety and security of the buildings and clients.
The ideal candidate will have advanced people Management skills and will be able to inspire and motivate the team to achieve challenging targets at meticulous standards.
Do you have excellent administration and organisational skills?
Do you have the ability to stay calm under pressure?
Prioritise work and handle sensitive situations in a suitable manner?
Do you have previous experience in a similar position in a multi-site contract? Strong Health and Safety and First Aid Qualifications, HR experience, eligible to work in UK and have goods references? Development and performance management experience?
