The house comprises of six bedrooms, two bathrooms, shower room, lounge, dinining area, kitchen, laundry room and garden. Its in a great location opposite Brockwell Park.

It has excellent transport links. Herne Hill train station is within ten minute walk to the property. Trains go to Kings cross, Blackfriars and Victoria. It is also a ten minute walk to Tulse Hill train station, trains go to London Bridge. The bus stop opposite the house goes to Brixton, Elephant and Castle and Euston.
