Technical Operations & Bookings Support at Travelfusion
Travelfusion is the world's largest travel Direct Connect distribution system for 150+ low cost airlines. Travelfusion has offices in London and Shanghai and a customer base around the globe.

Travelfusion is seeking an ambitious technical Java support person to join our operations & bookings supplier support team. You will be part of a very hectic day-to-day operation which interacts with customers, users, developers & operational people as well as monitoring and supervising real-time systems and services.
Skills
You will be/have:
-Good Java level plus commercial experience
-Excellent problem solving, resourceful and analytical
-Proven experience working in a dynamic operations/support setting
-Proven experience in supporting clients, account management and customer understanding
-Proven experience in handling bugs in real time environment
-Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
-Team player
-Travel industry support experience preferred
