We have a lovely room available for someone who is looking for a home and not just a room.

It's a very cosy and comfortable 3 bedroomed house, with a quaint cottage garden and all the usual modern conveniences, including wireless broadband, Sky, Wii and Playstation. The 3rd bedroom is kept as a guest bedroom and we have a garage & loft for storage of all those extra goodies.

Travelling to London is really quick and easy! We live in the heart of the ever popular and sort after Blackheath village and a short 3 minute walk to the station! It takes a mere 12 minutes to London Bridge in the mornings.

The room is fully furnished, overlooks the garden and is the sunniest room in the house! You’d be sharing with a South African couple (30’s) who smoke (not loads) and enjoy all the good things life has to offfer. We are looking for a tidy, professional male or female, of a similar age, to fill the room. Prerequisites are: great sense of humour (); not too sensitive; tidy & clean; honest, easy going, friendly and responsible! Not too much to ask mmmmm..

The rent is £400 per month and monthly bills are extra, but are shared between the 3 of us (council tax, Sky, cleaner). The room is available immediately.
