Mice Sales Manager
A fantastic opportunity to join and start a career with this brand new 4* hotel (with strong European backing and investment) as a MICE (meetings, incentives, conference and events) Sales Manager. The hotel is in a great, upmarket location in London, perfect for the MICE sector of the industry. The MICE Sales Manager will be joining a team where they will have the opportunity to grow and develop extremely quickly.
MICE Sales Manager responsibilities:
- To build and develop relationships within the DMC/MICE markets.
- To plan and implement a key account management strategy and liaise with many high profile accounts.
- To achieve and exceed sales targets.
- To work closely with the General Manger, Corporate Sales Manager and other Heads of Department.
MICE Sales Manager skills required:
- Previous experience in proactive sales within the MICE sector of the hotel industry, with a thorough understanding of DMC/MICE distribution channels and markets.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, confident and a team player.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of an international team.
