Our Family:
We are a high energy fun family with 2 boys aged 2 & 3.5. The elder goes to nursery 5 mornings a week is very active. The 2 year old is a very happy fun & loving little boy who loves going to the park, feeding the ducks, learning to ride a scooter & generally keeping up with his big brother. I am very hands on with the boys but am now working part time (including Saturdays until December 12th). My husband works long hours & needs to travel on a regular basis for work. We are out at least 3 nights a week & entertain at home on a regular basis. We travel regularly both with the children and short trips on our own. We live in a fantastic location in Chelsea, close to parks, the boys’ nurseries, museums & attractions
The Role
Responsibilities include taking children to nursery, play dates, activities, taking care of them during the day, playing games, going to parks & museums, cooking craft etc. Preparing meals for them, bathing & bedtimes when babysitting, cleaning & maintaining their bedrooms, play areas & kitchen, along with basic household duties including some ironing & cleaning.
Ideal hours 7am – 9am each morning to help with breakfast/school run. Tues,Wed & Thurs 7 – 7 and Saturdays – plus 2 – 3 nights babysitting. Would be ideal for someone studying & would be reasonably flexible in accommodating hours for the right applicant
Person we are looking for:High Energy, enthusiastic individual who really enjoys spending time with children. You must have initiative, demonstrate care and compassion but also know when to discipline & motivate the children. Very creative & have very high standards of hygiene & cleanliness. WE WANT SOMEONE IN OUR HOME WHO REALLY IS HAPPY TO COME TO WORK EACH DAY.
- Requirements:
- Excellent command of English for communication.
at least 2 years experience with working with children
- right to work in the UK
- Flexible with travelling with family
- willing for CRB check
- Non smoker
- Driver preferable
Salary is negotiable depending on your qualifications and experience
Must be ready to start beginning of asap
