Event Co-ordinator – Conference Venue Central London- £21K to £24K
At this respected Central London corporate conference and events venue you will be running events on the day from intimate presentations with 6 guests to 100+ conferences. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to the highest service levels. This is a great opportunity to use your fine dining or 5* F&B experience to take on real responsibility and develop. You’ll need the core skills of event presentation and have a particular attention to detail, if something doesn’t look right or service delivery is sloppy it’s up to you to do something about it. For the smaller events you will be setting and clearing up but for the larger you will be managing a team of support staff, so experience of and a keenness to develop management skills is as important as a sleeves-up approach and pride in a job well done.
There is also the additional opportunity to get involved with the marketing of the venue and it’s general management. This role is great in itself and has the ability to take your career to the next level.
