Cheap roomshare in Maida Vale (£300 pcm)
On the 11th of December will a bed in our flatshare on Sutherland Avenue 41, W9 2HE be available. Maida Vale is a nice area with walking distance to Baker Street, Notting Hill, Westbourne Park and Little Venice. The closest tube stations are Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak. The bus connections are brilliant with plenty of buses going just a few minutes from our flat. It is two Swedish girls and one Spanish girl living in the flat, so a girl is preferable. You will be sharing a room with one of the girls. The house got a kitchen, nice kitchen table, shared bathroom and a loft. The rent each month is 300 punds with bills except for gas included. Gasbills are paid every three months and amount to 30 pound per person each time.
