Cosy double room with swimming pool in nice area Victoria Northern lines (£150 pw)

The room is a double bed one in a 2 bedroom wooden floor flat with a really cosy living-room with gas fireplace and a huge TV, attached kitchen and one bathroom. It also has internet connection.

The house is really warm in winter because of the gas heating system. We also have a shared garden with barbecue grill, table and chairs, and a very nice swimming pool.

You would live with a very kind Lithuanian guy in his late 20s who speaks very good english. The perfect candidate would be a professional non smoker.

The price is 150ppw + bills + 900 deposit, not so expensive if you are aware that you will live in a comfortable and clean place (only two people) very well communicated. Stockwell is zone 2, you have Stockwell tube station 3min. walking with 2 lines (northern and victoria), buses 88, 2, 155 and more, and you'll have a swimming pool!

I am available to show the flat after work on weekdays and all day on weekends. First suitable candidate will get the room!

I'd like to leave this room preferably on 3rd, August but if you need the room earlier, I can probably fix it.
