Sandra, we met about a month ago when Brian came out to visit. The three of us had drinks in Covent Garden. It was then you told us where you lived, and I still remember it, but showing up at your flat uninvited feels a bit too stalker-ish.

Anyway I had to catch the last train home at Blackfriars, and even though we had planned to walk that way together, you decided to stay behind because it felt rude to leave Brian all by himself.

I never did get your number or e-mail, which I had intended to do, and I've asked Brian to forward my details to you, but he hasn't because ... well I don't know ... maybe because he's clearly got a thing for you and for some daft reason probably feels threatened by me. If he weren't such an idiot he'd realise I'm only interested in friendship. You are someone who is definitely worth getting to know.
