Space available in a fanastic former 1920's factory in Stoke Newington. Plenty of secure parking and loading areas. All ground floor. Stoke Newington is a great place to be, for those of you who don't know the place; lots of parks, restaurants and bars and useful shops.
Currently available is a smallish but fabulous glazed room, if natural light in large doses is your thing (see pictures) £240 pcm inc. (except heating).
We have another larger space more suitable for manufacture, with its own sink. £500 pcm.
Another very large space is available shortly which can easily accommodate 6 people sharing. £1000 pcm inc.
We are looking for creative people, designers or artists, who will add to the dynamic mix of the factory.
