Enthusiastic, bubbly Full time day Receptionist

We a vacancy for a full time day reception team member to support the efficient and effective running of the Premier Inn reception, meeting the Premier Inn standards of operation and following all necessary procedures to ensure maximum occupancy levels at our 141 bedroom hotel.

The successful applicant will have to be World Class role model.
Duties and responsibilities include:
1.To ensure the reception area is operated in a well-organised manner in order to create a lasting impression to all our customers.
2.To carry out all administrative duties to the company standard.
3.To deal with and follow up all incoming enquiries efficiently.
4.Registration of all customers, meeting legal and policy requirements.
5.To be fully aware of all promotions, activities and the status of the Premier Inn occupancy internally and in the surrounding area.
6.To build relationships with local companies and organisations to continually build the business.
7.To liase with all teams to ensure customer requirements are met, in line with Good Night Guarantee.
8.To ensure exceptionally high standards of Customer Service are delivered at all times.
9.To attend Team meetings
10.To perform any additional duties as required by your manager or Duty manager.

This full time position is 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Shifts are typically from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm. The wage starts from £5.80 per hour, reviewed annually and is weekly paid. All our team members have uniforms provided, 28 days holiday per year and the benefit of Whitbread discounts and savings.

Experience is not essential, as full training will be given. Experience in a customer service environment would be preferred.
