Kidrobot is seeking…

a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to be apart of our team as a leader in the limited edition art toys and apparel retail market. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and an opportunity to be a part of an exciting company that is experiencing explosive growth and expansion!

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Must have retail experience and customer service experience.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
3. Outstanding motivation skills and high work standard.
4. Energy, attention to detail, initiative, leadership and enthusiasm are required.
5. Train, coach and motivate all associates to achieve company goals, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
6. It is a condition of employment that you are flexible with regard to hours and days worked and we may need to increase your hours or to decrease your hours based on the needs of our business. Weekends are mandatory.
