We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to start IMMEDIATELY in a four star boutique hotel in Central London.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• To achieve sales targets as agreed with the Director of Sales specifically relating to sales calls, room nights sold and average rates achieved within the corporate sector.
• To proactively sell all facilities of the hotel to national and international business accounts in London.
• To promote a positive perception of the company at all times both internally and externally.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for maintaining and developing new corporate accounts with a view to maximizing account accommodation potential.
• To contribute to increasing the average room rate by maximizing rate offered to accounts.
• To adhere to targets through identifying and contacting new companies with high accommodation budgets.
• To maintain efficient and up to date client records on all existing and potential clients to meet with company standards.
• To ensure daily, weekly, monthly administration is completed accurately and within the required timescales.
• To carry out market research and business trends analysis as required.
