2 x double rooms in newly renovated house (£150 pw)
Newly renovated house with semi open plan plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, breakfast area onto good sized balcony. Large dbl b'rm £200/wk (4.6 x 3.2 m), with good storage/fitted w'robes etc, + small dbl b'rm £150/wk (3.2 x 2.8 m) available.
Couples pay £175 per week for the small double. Share bathrm if both rms let. Wifi, washing m/c, dishwasher etc. Currently looking after a friend's cat.
I feel that the small dbl is more suitable for those wishing a Mon - Friday let, an initial base in London, a short stay (up to 3 wks max) or similar. £25 per night for single stays of less than a week though a weekly minimum, currently £100, will apply.
The house is in Aliwal Rd not as shown on the map!
