RESERVATIONS AGENT (Maternity Cover 12 Months)

Novotel London St Pancras is located adjacent to the British Library, just two minutes from the new London St Pancras station and within walking distance of Euston and Kings Cross stations. This hotel is a 4**** star property that has 312 bedrooms, Mirrors restaurant and 17 unique meeting and conference facilities including the 466 Shaw Theatre and the Nobel Suite. The critically acclaimed Mirrors Restaurant, seating 90+, serves a Modern European menu also has one AA rosette.
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Reservations Agent for a 6 Month Maternity cover to join our friendly reservations team. You must have excellent organisational and administration skills, ideally you will have previous experience with group bookings and have a good knowledge of the Fidelio Front Office System. You will work as part of the reservations team providing an efficient and effective service to all guests. You will have strong communication skills and a pro-active approach; you will handle direct reservations from individuals and group agents. You will work closely with the reservations manager and reservations supervisor to help run an effective team. We would like you to have experience in a customer service role.
You will work with a dedicated team and be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in an International Company. After the twelve month period we will endeavour to do everything in our capability to ensure that your career progresses within the Accor London Network.
