Samurai Sushi are a small chain of Sushi retailers based in Central London. We currently have 5 shops with 3 more about to open.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our company.

The job will entail undertaking all aspects of retail management including sales, staff, ordering, cash handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety. Knowledge of sushi is a distinct bonus but not necessary.

We expect that you will have an appropriate level of experience in food retailing, be presentable, have a drive to succeed and speak very good English.

In return we can offer an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business in the extremely popular sushi sector.

Salary will be between £25k and £30k plus bonus for the right candidate.
