As a Cover Supervisor, you will be required to deliver pre-designed lessons to classes of 20-30 students, in the absence of there permanent teacher. Therefore, the ability to think creatively, build rapport with students and be able to successfully manage student behaviour is essential.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 terms recent education experience and a degree relevant to any Secondary Subject. You will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic and have a passion for education! The timetable will consist of a variety of subjects and the ability to maintain the attention of your pupils is essential.

An aspiration to complete your PGCE in the future is highly desirable!
