General Manager New Neighbourhood Steak and Seafood Restaurant £26k pa - Chiswick

The Cabin is a funky Steak and Seafood restaurant appealing to the local neighbourhood offering a relaxed atmosphere while providing excellent food and drinks. We are an independent company with six restaurants and bars, our first Cabin opened in Fulham and we are now opening the second Cabin restaurant in Chiswick.

We are looking for an outgoing experienced General Manager who has a passion for food and wine, enjoys learning new skills, works well in a team and is not afraid of hard work. Your role will be to help set up the opening team and then further develop the business in Chiswick.

You will need to have hands on management experience in a similar styled business & also show an excellent attitude to customer service. Your role will involve staff training, kitchen meetings, guests relations, cash handling, computer skills and be creative with staff incentives as well as shift running.

You will be required to work seven shifts per week and be paid £26k per annum with 4 weeks holiday. You will be based at the Chiswick restaurant with the nearest tube station Turnham Green.
