About the Gig:

We're on the hunt for Swim Lesson Instructors for our clubs throughout London. You will be responsible for delivering group and individual swim lessons under the supervision of the Swim Lesson Coordinator. You will be passionate about swimming and willing to go the extra mile to help our members reach their goals. You will create and develop creative and innovative classes following the ASA National Swim Plan that also supports the Virgin Active brand.

About you:

As one of our "Swim Ambassadors", you will need:

An ASA Level 2 qualification (essential)
A current NPLQ qualification (desirable)
Excellent programming skills
The ability to connect with our members and get on exceptionally well with people from all walks of life
Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile
You don't need to be 'Flipper', but you need to be a totally clued up Swim Lesson Instructor who has an infectious passion for Swim. Furthermore you will respond courteously to customer concerns and pass on to the Swim Coordinator who will give feedback within 24 hours of receipt.

You stand out because of your knowledge and enthusiasm about Swim and your ability to motivate and inspire people to reach their goals.
