Operations Scheduler £22,000 to £24,000 p.a.

Exciting opportunity to join The Handy Squad (www.handysquad.com). We are a small, friendly and fast-growing handyman company looking for someone to join our office team. This individual will be interested in growing with us over the long term.

JOB SPECIFICATION
• Take bookings from customers by telephone
• Handle customer enquiries by telephone & email
• Liaise with the handyman team
• Office admin.

REQUIREMENTS
• Call centre (or equivalent) skills
• Customer service skills
• Interest in DIY
• Detail-orientated
• Proficiency with computers (especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Fluent English

HOURS
• Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm
• We will occasionally require you to be flexible with your working hours

SALARY/BENEFITS
• £22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience and ability
• 20 days paid holiday and 8 bank holidays
