Operations Scheduler £22,000 to £24,000 p.a.
Exciting opportunity to join The Handy Squad (www.handysquad.com). We are a small, friendly and fast-growing handyman company looking for someone to join our office team. This individual will be interested in growing with us over the long term.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Take bookings from customers by telephone
Handle customer enquiries by telephone & email
Liaise with the handyman team
Office admin.
REQUIREMENTS
Call centre (or equivalent) skills
Customer service skills
Interest in DIY
Detail-orientated
Proficiency with computers (especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
Fluent English
HOURS
Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm
We will occasionally require you to be flexible with your working hours
SALARY/BENEFITS
£22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience and ability
20 days paid holiday and 8 bank holidays
