• Polite and Friendly Telephone manner
• Ability to remain Calm in times of stress and pressure
• Team Player with a passion to succeed
• Ability to transfer details efficiently to database
• Motivated by achieving targets & meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to deal with customer service queries

Employment Type: You MUST be able to work FULL TIME hours and provide a minimum full time commitment of 3 months. There will be shift work so flexibility is required.
