I teach progressive Wing Chun kung fu for self defence, to improve self-confidence and to inspire and encourage a sense of lifelong personal development and learning.
What is Wing Chun Kung Fu?
Wing Chun Kung Fu is a close quarter Chinese fighting system first seen in the west demonstrated by movie star legend Bruce Lee. It was brought from China to Hong Kong in 1949 by Bruce Lee’s teacher, Grandmaster Ip Man.
Through regular weekly training you will gain self defence skills as well as make new friends, improve self confidence and fitness and relieve the stress of today’s hectic world.
It caters for all ages, fitness levels, build, gender and natural ability.
This is neither a fight club nor a group of people learning to be street fighters. Our members are balanced individuals who enjoy health and fitness through an exciting combat form of martial art.
Rather than going to the gym and working on the same old machines, Wing Chun offers a challenging way of getting fit.
