We are looking for a full time outstanding Event Sous Chef to join our exciting food retail busines to help develop the events business into a major component of our current operation; and you will play an integral role in this expansion by working with imaginative menus and delivering high quality food across our many sites. We already operate in some of London’s most famous museums and have more prestigious sites opening soon.

A new role in the company, possibly a strong Chef de partie looking for a more senior position; you must be experienced in high profile event catering and preferably have been working with leading companies in the field. You MUST be creative with a passion for food, a flair for presentation and a hunger for development. You should have experience of stock control, menu planning and placing orders – with a firm grasp of health and safety / food hygiene regulations.

It is essential that you are a very passionate, creative and hands on chef. You will be hard working and honest, with a great sense of humour. You will also need to demonstrate leadership proficiency, organisational capabilities, first-class delegation skills and the ability to communicate your passion.

You will be required to assist with menu production, costing, delivery; and the implementation of standardrds across all of our sites.

A high level of spoken English, good communication skills and immaculate presentation are essential.

A valid EU work permit or passport is vital and must be produced during the preliminary interview and before any position can be offered.
