My client is one of London's leading agents. They are market leaders in most of the areas they work in across South West, South East, North, West and Central London.

With a great reputation and brand name in the industry they are currently looking for a senior lettings negotiator to be in charge of the office in the manager's absence. The key skills required for this role are:

- At least one years Experience in the property industry
- A strong track record of hitting and over achieving lettings targets
- A strong track record of valuing lettings property
- An ARLA qualification is not a necessity but it would be a benefit
