I have a couch in a ground floor flat in Woolwich that is available at £10 per night or £50 for the whole week-all inclusive!

Great if you are looking for something temporary whilst you find something permanent or just need a place in London occasionally.
Rent includes all bills, use of all flat facilities (washing machine, shower, oven, fridge/freezer, garden, utensils, towels etc) Cleaning and bathroom items provided. No cleaning required except keeping your stuff tidy and washing up :-)
Flat is located on a convenient street with local shops, take-aways, cash machines, post office and bus stops into town. Located close to town centre. Trains from station get into central London in 20minutes.
