We are a young English couple , 1 English guy, 1 South African guy and 1 German girl in the house. The house itself is fully furnished and has 4 double bed rooms, 1 single room, 3 bathrooms, shared kitchen and living room as well as a nice garden with shed. Off main road, quiet neighbourhood, Washing machine, tumble dryer, free parking, storage space, parks nearby (2min walk), shops/garage nearby (2min walk), 10 min walk to Rayners Lane (Metropolitan & Piccadilly line) and South Harrow (Piccadilly line) tube station, bus links to Rayners Lane, South Harrow, South Ruislip (Central line), Northolt (Central line), Heathrow (40 min), Harrow on the Hill (Metropolitan line & Mainline to Marylebone).

The single room we have available from 29th November. The room includes a single bed with cupboards and storage space.

The rent is including all bills is @ £310 a month + a once off deposit of one month is required which will be refunded as soon as you move out (one month notice). Rent day is the 28th of each month - should you move in earlier or later the rent will be adjusted accordingly. A cleaner who comes once a week is also included in the rent.

We are looking for a single person to move in with us. We are all young professionals, fun loving and easy going, therefore we are looking for somebody to have a interesting chat with and get along with easily.
