Senior Retail Store Manager
The Organic Pharmacy have an excellent opportunity for an individual with leadership and outstanding customer service skills to join our central London store and work with our phenomenal products.
As Store Manager you will manage, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and motivate your team to share in The Organic Pharmacy’s unique vision and approach to health and beauty. Informative, caring and knowledgeable you will lead your team by example and help achieve sales targets with style, glamour and compassion. You will ensure each client has an exceptional experience every time.
You will have a strong commercial understanding and ability to analyse and organise and to set targets and review the performance of your business including managing all paperwork and control stock.
In return for the excellent service you provide each of our customers, we will support you with ongoing training and will work with you during every step of your career to help you achieve your goals and aspirations. You will be part of a like-minded team and have the opportunity to really make a difference to others lives.
As a natural leader you will have 2 year previous experience in a management role. Health and Beauty Management essential.
