We are currently seeking the following positions:

Beauty Therapists
Experienced therapists who have significant experience providing facial, massage, manicure and pedicure and waxing (including brazilian and hollywood) services for all of our locations. The ideal candidate will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. At Gina Conway, we are committed to training and developing our employees with full in-salon training as well as further education at the Advanced Aveda Academy in London. Previous Aveda training or experience would be beneficial but not required.

Experienced Sylists – All Levels
Stylists with significant previous experience providing both colour and hairstyling services. The successful candidate will need to be creative, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. At Gina Conway, we are committed to training and developing our employees with full in-salon training as well as further education at the Advanced Aveda Academy in London. Opportunities also exist to work on various photo shoots and high profile events. Opportunities exist to be a part of the Salons’ Artistic Team performing various photo shoots, creative events and seminars.

Experienced Receptionists
A receptionist with previous salon or spa experience. The successful candidate will need to have outstanding customer care and retail sales skills. In addition they will need to be friendly, approachable, self motivated, and reliable. The right candidate will receive regular in-salon retail training as well as training from the Aveda Advanced Academy.

Salon Juniors - Westbourne Grove and Wimbledon
Top salon juniors with a passion for the hairdressing industry who want to further their experience and training with Gina Conway Aveda Salons. The successful candidates will need to be motivated, creative, enthusiastic, hard working, reliable and dedicated to the profession. The right candidate will receive regular training and development from our top educators with in-salon technical and inspirational training.
