We have 8 excellent opportunities for experienced, articulate and focused individuals to join our rapidly expanding call centre

The shifts we have available are

Mon – Thur 6pm – 9pm
Sat 9am – 6pm
Flexibility on hours can be considered for the right applicants


As a member of the team you will be responsible for calling customers to follow up on information they have requested from our website and collecting payments for overdue invoices. This role will include the following duties:

• Taking credit card payments over the phone
• Recording details of the call on our CRM system
• Building an understanding of our business
• Sending out application packs
• General administration duties

The ideal applicant will have a "can do" attitude and....


• Previous experience working in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Strong MS Office skills
• Attention to detail
• Educated to degree level




Starting Salary £7.00 per hour
