We're two twenty-something professional women, with two slightly eccentric cats, looking to fill our spare room from the end of the month until late January / early February, with the possiblity of staying on when our lease is up (which is Feb)

On offer is a lovely, furnished double, with a great view looking over telegraph hill. The apartment is new (completed at the start of the year) on the top floor of a refurbished pub. It is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from New Cross Gate Station and is literally 3 minutes from the local Sainsbury's and other amenities. Goldsmiths college is less then a ten minute walk, and there's plenty of little pubs and quirky cafes on offer.

Transport couldn't be much better with frequent overland services to London Bridge (journey time 5 minutes) and to Victoria (25 minutes). There are also plenty of bus services and night buses. The Deptford DLR is also 10 mins walk. You're spoilt for choice!

The rent is £450 pcm, including all bills, elec, gas, wifi internet etc. Deposit is £250.

We're looking for someone who'll be tidy and considerate, but also put their stamp on the place. We enjoy the occasional glass of vino collapso and a chat/debate about pretty much anything, so if you love cats and this sounds like somewhere you'd like to live then please drop us a line.
