We have a lovely studio office space on the 4th Floor. We would like to share it. It is bright, with north and south facing windows across the full width. Size offered is a third. 102 square feet of 307 in total.

We are circus performers and costume makers, and would like to share with someone creative, or creative minded. We are not going to be there all the time, especially over christmas. So you will have plenty of head space as well as a good sized area to work in.

The price is inclusive of most bills. Internet is available but not included. We also need to pay a share of the electric, we have been told about £10 for our room, so a third of whatever it is you would be liable for.

There is a communal kitchen area, and toilet facilities. There is also a balcony looking over london which has a couple of BBQ's on it. We are looking forward to the summer months there.

We have a desk and chair.
