My name is Marisol Plata Fortiz, I am a private Spanish/English tutor who is running her own business, offering services of one-to-one or group lessons to all London postcodes. Being qualified in Applied Modern Languages (Spanish & English Major with a degree in intermediate French), I am able to cater to all levels of students, from complete beginners to advanced learners. The age of my past students have varied between 4 and 72 yrs, showing that you are never too young or old to learn a foreign language.

I am an experienced language teacher familiar with both the obstacles students have in learning Spanish and, more importantly, the various techniques used in order to help them overcome said obstacles. Since arriving in London, I have been teaching at St. Thomas More Language College in Chelsea as well as offering my own private one-to-one classes, however I have now decided to go out on my own in order to pursue a full-time career as a private tutor.

Students also have a choice on where and when they would like to take their classes, including their own office during working hours or after hours at home. Classes and times are completely flexible and can be tailored to suit a students changing schedule but are typically a two hour lesson given once a week with homework to be completed for the next lesson.
