LUMA is a pioneer in developing luxury organic and fairtrade products for the home. We have a small shop in Barnes, London SW13 and an online mail-order business. As we’re a small team, you must be able to work on your own initiative and be prepared to help with all aspects of the businesses – from picking and packing parcels, to placing orders and updating the website.

The successful candidates will:
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Take pride in their appearance and be very well presented
- Have friendly, outgoing personalities
- Be computer literate
- Be genuinely interested in LUMA’s products and support its ethos
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but enthusiasm is more important.
