Peyton & Bynre is a modern British bakery with a shop located in the fashionable Heals Department Store building on Tottenham Court Road and it's new shop in St. Pancras International

Peyton & Byrne produces all its own cakes, pastries and breads using the finest ingredients. We also stock our own range of teas, coffee and preserves.

We are looking for sales assistants for our St. Pancras store.

This an a great opportunity for someone wanting their next step up in food retail and a great time to join a vibrant company.

Applicants interested in this position must have the following qualifications:

- Previous Food Retail Experience
- Experience in making coffee
- Enthusiastic and Cheerful approach to your work
- A love of Food, cakes in particular
- Excellent customer service skill
- Need to be able to work on your own, use your initiative
- Be sales focused
- Enjoy training and working with other people
- Oversee our Web sales
- Numberate and computer literate
- Flexible schedule
