Sous Chef Required For Exciting New North London Restaurant
SOUS CHEF REQUIRED
Juniper dining is an exciting new 45 cover restaurant in Highbury, North London serving an ecletic mix of modern British & European food. The aim is to serve consisent high quality food to Rosette standard but with out charging Rosette prices.
We are looking for all the usuall qualities - Hardworking, reliable, friendly, a passion for food but we are also looking for a little bit more - someone who has the desire to be the best that can be.
In return we will offer excellent salary package + tips, 4 weeks paid holiday per year. You will be required to work 7 shifts spread over a 5 day working week including weekends. We feel that this position would suit a senior chef de partie/junior sous who is looking to move up the ladder and also someone who has aspirations to own their own restaurant one day as we would love to pass on our knowledge in any way we can.
