We are looking for an experienced, responsible, reliable and hardworking person to join our busy bar and restaurant in Chalk Farm in a supervisory role.
You must be experienced in waiting and bar work, have knowledge of food, wine and cellar duties and be able to provide excellent customer service at all times. We are relatively quiet during lunchtimes but extremely busy at weekends when you will be expected to perform under pressure.
Holding a personal licence would be an advantage but is not essential, what is essentisl is that you have a mature and positive attitude to work and enjoy providing great customer service with attention to detail.
General duties will include opening and closing of the business, cash management, cellar duties, dealing with functions and managing a small, hardworking, friendly team.
Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience and supplemented by good service charge.
