Hi,

I have tried internet dating before but have not had any success yet but I am not giving up yet! Especially as I am fed up with seeing all those happy couples in the park during summer! Part of the problem is that I am looking for someone to have a long term relationship with so it is much more important to make sure you find the right person. This seems incredibly hard especially considering we live in a city of 8 million people!

I would describe myself as pretty normal with the usual sort of interests. I have a professional job, 1.85cm tall, good sense of humour (well, I think my jokes are funny!) and am laid back.

I'm not looking for a fling or anything casual, I actually want a proper relationship. I want someone to become best friends with, someone that you can talk to about anything, someone that you get excited about when you recieve an email or telephone call, someone you can plan weekends and someone I can care about. I'm sure this person exists somewhere!
