Job Description

Key responsibilities and duties:
•Help clients with Mortgage and Insurance advice
•Dealing with associated questions or queries in a professional manner
Providing clear, professional and well reasoned correspondence to all account related enquiries
•You will suggest improvements to procedures and processes.

Person Specification

•Team Player – offer support and advice to fellow team members and contribute to a positive working environment within the department.
•Self Development – takes ownership for self development opportunities to improve performance.
•Adaptable to Change – able to adapt to a changing environment where business needs are regularly assessed according to the market behavior.
•P.C. Literate with familiarity with windows based systems.

•First class telephone skills.

•No experience or qualification required, training available for right candidate.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
