Me and a friend are travelling down to Abergavenny on friday 20th (around 7pm) for a day of hiking then on the sunday some adventure activities. We are looking at booking a cottage for 2 nights. On the saturday we plan to do a long hike taking in the sites of the Brecon Beacons and then on the sunday we are planning on heading to an adventure park to do some Sky Treking and possible rope activities (www.activityuk.com).

I am male 28 and live in kent, my friend is similar age and she lives in london. I plan to drive and can fit 2 more in.

The individual cost of the cottage will be around £65 for both nights, petrol around £25 and the skytreking I think is £18 for 2 hours.

For food etc was thinking a trip to tesco when we get to wales and roster something up for meals and packed lunches for the walk. Probably have a couple of bottles of wine and some cerveza in the evening (MOTD)

Whether its raining or not we both plan to go and do the walk-we are not shy of the great british weather, although touch wood it has been quite nice recently.
